I ordered a funeral basket titled peaceful white Lilies. Paid $100. The thing there was no lilies in the basket arrangement. Telaflora authorized the florist to substitute. Without my knowledge of any substitutions. so I paid $100 for approx 2 dozen carnations. i called wanted the lilies or my money back. They took $19 off and offered 50% off my next purchase. There won't be a next purchase. Would recommend not using teleflora and go directly to the florist.
