Teleflora sent crappy flowers Los Angeles California

On 12/16/13 I ordered flowers to be sent to my step mom for x-mas, I selected a nice bouquet  from the web site & I got  confirmation of the type that was ordered. They where delivered on 12/18/13 My sister sent me an email along with a picture of what they delivered.. It was nothing at all what i had ordered nothing even  in approxmently of what i had orderd, It looked as if some one went to the nearst grave yard pulled some carnations & kramed them in a bowl spray painted some pine cones & delivered them, there was no roses included with them that was supossed to be in bouquet,, Although i've spoken to some bone head customer service rep at the company,it seems all they want to do is offer a small percent of the total cost of the flowers,, what's this crap? if you ordered a new chevy from a chevy dealer & all you got was  a Fiat then all they did was offer you a percent of what you spent & they expect you to except it !!!! no i say not at all,,, Since i've told others of this i guess this is a common problem with Telaflora. I'll never send flowers with Telefloa again & i suggest that others seek out a different business,, This is crap that is sent by company & expect one to except it.. If ripp off wishes to send my Name & phone # or email address to Teleflora that's ok i've got the Pictures to prove my complaint,, Bah hum bug on you Teleflora
