I ordered the Full of Love Bouquet for a friend to be delivered on Valentines Day. I ordered this arrangement for a very specific reason and that was because it was pink in color. I don’t feel you need me to give the reason to understand why I may have ordered pink. No where on my confirmation does it say ‘Florist Choice’ which is what the agents kept telling me when I called. It says nothing about Florist Choice at all on my confirmation receipt. I understand that substitutions sometimes need to be made but I would have thought that it would have been at least within the same color hue & value. The arrangement that was sent does not have one pink flower in the bunch and it is of lesser quality than what I selected. The second arrangement I ordered was for my 85 year old mother for Valentines Day and her confirmation says for delivery on 2/16/15 - I had selected 2/14/15. At first they didn't even want to cancel that order but I ended up calling back and getting someone else to cancel it. I asked repeatedly to speak to a Supervisor but a supervisor never came on the line even though I asked to speak with one on each of the two calls I made. The first call I was on hold for 25 minutes and now I have been on the line for over 40 minutes. I can only assume the Supervisors were busy dealing with many other unhappy customers! The lack of good customer service shown by this company is appalling. Teleflora should not be offering things they can’t supply especially when they have more than one florist to deal with, that is called bait & switch.

Their Feeble Attempt to Make Things Right

I sent an emal to customer service yesterday about my purchases and included photos, this is my email and their response is attached. To:Teleflora - Subject: Fwd: Your Order Confirmation from Teleflora. - I ordered the Full of Love Bouquet for a friend to be delivered on Valentines Day. I ordered this arrangement for a very specific reason and that was because it was pink in color. I don’t feel you need me to give the reason to understand why I may have ordered pink. No where on my confirmation does it say ‘Florist Choice’ which is what the agents keep telling me when I called. It says nothing about Florist Choice. I understand that substitutions sometimes need to be made but I would have thought that it would have been at least within the same color hue & value. The arrangement that was received is below - there is not one pink flower in the bunch and it is of lesser quality than what I selected. The second arrangement I ordered was for my 85 year old mother for Valentines Day and her confirmation says for delivery on 2/16/15 - no where near the day I put in for. I cancelled that order. But this one is just a ripoff in my opinion. And they had the audacity to only offer me a $8.99 refund, not even close to the amount that I saved using Visa Checkout. I will be reporting this to Visa Checkout as well. A supervisor never came on the line even though I asked to speak with one on each of the two calls I made. The first call I was on hold for 25 minutes and now I have been on the line for over 40 minutes. I am now hanging up, this is no way to do business, I can only assume the Supervisors are busy dealing with many other unhappy customers! ProFlowers have never messed up an order for me nor would they keep me on hold this long. From here on in it’s ProFlowers or FTD only. The lack of good customer service shown by your company is appalling. You should not be offering things you can’t supply especially when there is more than one florist to deal with, that is called bait & switch. I will never shop with you again after this fiasco.
