 I worked for Teleperformance for nearly 2 years in their AT&T division. The supervisor would only call their friends in for coaching, and if somehow you did get called up, it was usually to tell you how badly you're doing without offering any real help so that you can do better. They wanted everyone to work a minimum of 20 hours of overtime a week and they enjoy "blacking out" time off during flu season; meaning that if you do get sick, you still have to come in or risk losing your job. Being told that you're going to be fired is a daily occurrence. The whole environment is very abusive.
