Teleperformance USA Not paying employees today is 12th day after payday still no check Internet

I worked for Teleperformance USA in Edinburg Tx, I was hired in the mass hiring of 800 in November. Payday is twice a month. Our 1st payday over 250 people didn't get paid on time, I did. On the 3rd payday I was one of a group that didn't get paid. Payday was December 22nd 2010, today is January 3rd 2011 and still no paycheck.

I call everyday and they tell me we got a shipment of checks in but not yours, they will call you back. Everyday I call it takes forever for anyone to answer, today was over 3 hours.

Last week we verified the hours owed to me. Today I was told bythe HR lady that its possible my hours were not submitted. I researched and found out this company has a habit of doing this as far back as 2006.

Today the HR lady told me she would call back, I laughed at her and said no she wouldn't and she never did.

I requested a number fore Corporate and all that number says is send your request in writing and they will get back to you in 2 weeks.

I contacted one news outlet, waiting on a return call. Tomorrow I am contacting the Labor Board and anyone else I can think of.

Stay away from Teleperformance USA if you want to get paid on time.
