Teleperformance USA TPUSA, Tellahell (well deserved) Not Hired for past Pregnancy Salt Lake City Utah

I waited four months for their recruiting department to get back to me about a position. After calling every week for the majority and then every day for 2 weeks, calling Nevis the processing manager, Dino, and Jenna the recruiters, I never got a call or an email, I had to go in. They then told me that because I had a c-section and did not finish my last day of work (literally it was the day I had the C-Section) that I was not available for rehire. This was 8 YEARS ago when I had my son. I was then told that it "wasn't my problem." and to deal with it. I believe not hireing someone based on a pregnancy or illness is illigal. Also I can attest to the random schedule changes, my husband has only worked their 90 days and his schedule has changed 3 times.
