Jay Servidio and Teleteria Failed to deliver the product that he promised, became openly hostile to calls and emails about the fact New York New York

It is my opinion, that Jay Servidio is a thief crook and conman, and it really amazes me that he is still doing business. I made a critical mistake and tried to do business with Jay Servidio and Teleteria, I usually make good business decisions, but this was not one of them.

Teleteria/Jay Servidio failed to deliver the product that he promised, became openly hostile to calls and emails about the fact that he had failed to deliver, and as of now the product is still not a sellable or promotable website product.

Memphis TN is close to me, and if you ever need to take civil or legal action against someone for fraud, this is a good place to find an attorney per capita more attorneys than any other city. These attorneys will represent you for a percentage if you win or nothing if you lose. Jay Servidio is currently in breach of trust with regard to our deal, and has acted in bad faith. In my esperience he is very hostile and dishonest.

I usually make pretty sound and reasonable business decisions, Teleteria and Jay Servidio were not one of these. I realize that he has no desire or intention of having a workable business relationship here, even though I've done everything I can. I'm left with no recourse but to sue him, and to damage his reputation even more than it is damaged now. All I've asked for is what I've paid for, and that is due regardless of the terms of our dealings.

Teleteria and Jay Servidio has not delivered what he said he would, and now he has changed the payment arrangements of our deal. Contrary to what he may believe, I do have recourse.

I've recorded every conversation Jay Servidio and I have had as well as kept every email he and I have sent back and forth. This IS admissible in legal or civil action due to the fact that this is a Consumer Fraud Complaint and Situation, Mr. Servidio and I can work this out and he can refund my money, or I can and will make Jay Servidio's life a living hell, and as I'm the one who's been screwed here, have no doubt that I can do it. I have little else to do but this between my work on otherwise successful endeavors.
