Telus Mobility has dishonest sales and poor product description. Rip-off! Canada Nationwide

I purchased a Sony Erricson cell phone from a telus mobility dealer in Calgary (Alberta Wireless in Sunridge Mall) based on the fact I was told it was a phone with 1X capabilities when in fact it is not, it is only 1X on text messaging not web use. also that the phone had a ring editor, which it does not, Telus had Sony remove the ring editor from all it erricson phones so if you want a different ring tone then what the phone comes with you have to purchase them from Telus.

Upon reaching telus of this, the reply was I had already signed a 3 year contract, basically "too bad so sad", when I contacted the dealer I was met with the same response and it was there salesperson who sold me the phone.
