They've started working on my loan since Oct 18, 2012. it's been a year, they have my money and nothing has been done! There is no one to answer your call or even speak to. After reading all the reports by different people, i think we all need to take an action against them.

The Templeton Group Making homes affordable program guaranteed us a home modification or our money back. they came to our house we gave them 2 checks equaling 2,995.00 they cashed them at cash checking place. now they are not returning our calls we were dealing mostly with kevin quinn. we want this company to be accountable to be forced o give people their money back. now looking on this website we realize we werent the only ones scammed. westbury New York

Templeton Group I started a loan modification on 8/5/13. i have not heard from anyone yet. i have called dozens of times. they do not pick up the phone. my sales Rep Ralph Iantosca has not answered anay of the messages on his cell #516-315-1369 or at his desk. there is no supervisor to speak with either. my application is in limbo, but they did take my $2900.00. what can i do now!~! The Tmpleton Group mortgagemodification.com Paid these people to modify my loan and they never done anything ,I am currently working with te Nassau County DA office in doing an investigation to try and put some of these people in prison,if you havebeen scammed by the Templeton Group go to your DA office and file a Criminal Complain also you can contact Nassau County DA Office to add your complain to this Investigation Westbury New York
