Terry Smith - Sealover1000 EBAY SCAM!!! ITEMS NEVER RECIEVED!!! Atlanta Georgia

On Febuary 17th I purchased a Wii and a laptop from Ebay user Sealover1000 (Terry Smith). This was on a Sunday and he sent me emails stating he was leave for training camp in the service. He said he had no way of getting the money out of Paypal before he left and asked me to Western Union him the cash so he could send my winning items before he shipped out. Unfortunately I did as he asked and sent the money via Western Union.

Terry sent me a false tracking number and after 6 days I emailed him stating that I still hadn't recieved the items and that the tracking number he sent was not correct. I recieved a email from his roomate saying Terry must have been in a hurry when he shipped out that he had the package sent back to him and he would resend the package.

Out of the blue I recieved a email from Ebay user blonelady444 saying she was a senior citizen and she recieved my package and that she lived in California. (She claims to live in Ca. but she purchased a laptop from one of Terry's friend with local Ga. pickup according to Ebay feedback) After another week she said she finally mailed my package and that was 12 days ago.

I have tried emailing and calling Terry the last 10dys with no response. I have found a website to report internet scams and theft, it's called: The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), and the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA).

Anyone wishing to contact me can advance search Sealover1000 in ebay and look at his feedback. There you will find a member that left him negative feedback. Contact him and he has my email address. Since ripoff doesn't allow me to put mine in, maybe if enough of us report him we can bring him in. There is five of us but how many others that don't know about this site have been ripped off by him?
