Terry Smith ebay user bravowatcher4, listed a Dell inspiron 6400.  he stated that he was about to be deployed and needed to sell this item asap. After four or five emails through ebay it was decided that I would send him the costing price of $225.00 via Western Union Money Gram.  He then emailed me a tracking number and stated that the computer was being sent via USPS 2-3 day express.  My area post office show that the item was returned due incorrect address, but the postmaster stated that there was no way it could have been a computer because it any weighted 1 oz. .  Needless to say I have had no further contact from this person.  All email attempts through ebay have gone unanswered and Ebay states that because the purchase was made without using paypals there is no way they can help.
