Test King provides material that they assure will guarantee you a pass on your certification exam or they will provide you with a free retest...
From their website:
"If for any reason you do not pass your exam, Testking.com will provide you with another exam of your choosing, absolutely free.
To take advantage of the guarantee, simply contact Customer Support, requesting the exam you would like to claim. Send us a scanned copy of your failed exam and we will promptly deliver a new exam of your choice."
I took the exam last Tuesday and failed by one question. I immediately scanned a copy of the failed exam and sent it to both addresses provided in their support area. It is now Sunday and I still have not heard from them regarding a new voucher. They state on their website to allow 48 hours to respond, 5 days is more than enough time.

Here is their answer about test "retakes"
"We do not pay for exam attempts, since you failed on the exam you are
entitled to one free testking exam. Reply back to this email and include
which free exam you would like."
But according to their website:
"If for any reason you do not pass your exam, Testking.com will provide
you with another exam of your choosing, absolutely free."
Doesn't that make one think they will provide the actual exam by paying for it?
