Texaco Express Lube ripoff dishonest & fraudulent service & billing. Chesapeake Virginia

We went to a Texaco Express Lube for an oil change. First of all they said they would not accept a Texaco/shell credit card,but would accept a Visa/Master card. We were charged $31.80 for an oil change. Then they persusded us to get a fuel filter. Another $43.00 for a Whopping $ 76.55. We were given 2 slips. 1 for 9.95 and 1 For $76.55. They only had my husband sign the 1 for $76.55 on our Visa card. On the slip they claimed to have changed the oil, oil filter, replaced the fuel filter, checked the wiper blades, checked the air filter, checked the serpintine belt, brake fluid, power steering fluid, anti-freeze/coolant, added windshield fluid, washed the windsield, vaccumed the interior, and checked the tire pressure.

There were 3 other cars in the bay, and there was No Way they could possibly have done all those things in about 15 minutes, as we could see our car from the window and all these things were not done!! We told the attendant that we thought that was robbery. My husband reluctantly gave him a Visa card and we left. These people are not only ripping off the public,my guess is they are ripping off the company as well.
