Texaco Xpress Lube Ladies Day - low oil Atlanta Georgia

My mom who is retired went to the Xpress lube on 4410 Hugh Howwel Rd. In Atlanta. A service person told her she had metal flakes in her transmission fluid and needed a service over 100 dollars. She said no. For what ever reason her car got only two quarts of oil. The engine whined like a transmission problem. She asked me to look at it and I found two quarts missing. I hope her engine is ok.

I went down to the Xpress lube and was told that there was no address that I could send a complaint. This guy named "lim" told me he was the manager. He did give me a Chris Humphreys card that contained no email or address.

We want nothing other than Texaco Xpress Lube to stop cheating people. Some times the "boss" does nor realize what is going on. It is noted that in this location there was no means to complain to corporate.

My only comment as a bussiness person is that when you stick customers, it gets around. Soon you run out of fresh meat.
