Today, Sunday September 12, 2009, I visited store number 800 at the address 401 E Roosevelt Blvd Monroe, NC 28112. I arrived at this station shortly before 1pm and was then forced to wait nearly an hour and a half before service was completed, although there was only 1 other car in the service station at the time even though there are two bays.

Upon receiving service, the technicians were unable to perform the task of opening the hood of my vehicle and I was asked to enter the service area to perform what I would have believed to be a required task that any tech would perform on a daily basis.

After this, I returned to the waiting area until who I believe was the service manager entered the area to inform me that my oil cap was broken. I asked him if he was going to replace it and he swore at me while telling me No, I did not break it, it broke when we took it off your car. Youre car is older than 7 years, stuff breaks, its not my problem. After receiving the keys to my vehicle I also informed the technician that my interior light was not turning off. Again, he told me that is not his problem and for me to just deal with it. I will be checking the actual services they performed in the morning as the vehicle is still too hot to get an accurate reading on if I actually received the 5 quarts of oil

Well, it is your problem as I brought my vehicle in for service, not to induce further repairs. I left the matter at that as I felt speaking with someone who obviously was going to refrain from accepting responsibility would simply lead to an unconstructive resolution. I have taken pictures of the damage, and am now contacting you. I would like to be reimbursed for the damage to my vehicle and the fact that I no longer have an oil cap as the tech was very adamant about completely destroying the oil cap.

I would just like to make a correction to this report. Texaco Xpress Lube is Nationwide. For the most part it is franchises. You have listed the corporate office phone number as 205-980-1510. That number is not to a corporate office for a store in North Carolina.

That is a number to Xpress Lube partners of Alabama. Which I am an employee of. We operate 12 stores in Alabama, We do not have any connection to anystore in North Carolina. If you wish to find out the proper contact for that store. call the store you had the issue at and tell them that you have a large fleet of vehicles and would like to open a charge account, they will happily give you a corporate contact for the proper office that you need to complain against.

Before you go on here bashing a company make sure you have your facts straight.
