Okay my first Rebutal won't be put up! I've just got some harsh words for these two guys. (Rick Cortez Michael Hale) I can with out a doubt they are the two biggest crooks i've ever been in contact with. I just like to say i'm not associated with them anymore but about ten years ago i was fresh out of college i fell victom to there scam. I worked for Michael hale for about 6months and let me tell you that was the worst Decision i could over made in my life time. This man is rude, vulgar and doesn't care who he affends. This man would steal from he's own mother if he had a chance to. This man is horrible. He acts like he's the biggest high roller there is yet drives a crappy old Mecury look alike explorer. I hope that's not to much info??
Anyways what you have posted on your post is 100%-correct. These guys never pay there clients, they rip off the check writter two a crazy affect. They have no desire to stop because honestly they haven't been caught.
They have been doing this all there lives and now it's slowly, catching up with them.
Okay my cash! These guys aren't just low but they pay in cash and when they dont have cash they give you a check they printed off the printer.
This is where i come , Mister Michael Hale is the biggest crook of them all and deserves to locked up immediatly. The fact that he isnt' really questions my beliefs of the law. This man gave me Co. checks to cash at Ace Check Cashing (we had an account there) Apparently he said they where checks that he gotten from companies that gave him money to collect for him. I didn't need to question it i just did what was told and take the check to Ace and they processed each check and gave the money back to me to give back to him. There where so many checks so many checks that i took up there in a months span. The estimate you wouldn't want to believe!!
Long story short i get a letter in the mail at home. Yup i,, I'M BEING CHARGED WITH A FELONY THEIFT BY CHECK.. I was so scared and when i confronted him about it he just said okay that's not my Problem, that' not issue. I was been set up.. i got set up and i had to hire a GREAT GREAT ATTORNEY that cost me nearly 6thousand dollars to help me with this.
lONG STORY SHORT the charges where dismissed, that's why i'm sitting here with my family today. He ( Michael Hale try to say i stole all those checks and cashed them for my benifit. I'm going to keep my self anoymonous but i know exactly what your going threw with all three of these Jokers. The sad thing is that NON ,, AND I SAY NON ARE IN JAIL YET! That's mf Sad,, it really questions are legal system. eSP THE BIGGEST ashole and crook of them all (Michael Hale) He's rude, and one of the biggest Bully's on the phone you'll ever meet. He's one of the kids who got there a*s kicked ever day in school and now he thinks (YEA THINKS HE'S MF SHUG NIGHT) but in reality he's the biggest MF P---Y i've ever know. The sad thing is that Michael last i heard should have a HUGE felony case against him in Harris County and last i heard they haven't cought up with him? So i heard? As for Ricky Cortez he's just an Idoit! I do apologize for you for the money you lost but ONE DAY,, ONE DAY they'll be in jail.

There scam is Hot Check recovery, SAY YOU write a hot check for 50 dollars,, they'll charge you over 250- possibly more to pick it up. What get's owners and buisness owners is that somtimes they pay for these checks (with a HOT CHECK OF THERE OWN) SAD! but they do it!.. THIS IS A SCAM.. if you ever incounter anyone from Texas asking about a Hot Check back 5-6-10,,, hel 15 yrs ago,, it's them!! BEWARE..
