textnow sold me a galaxy s6 which was rooted and lied about it before purchase. Internet

before purchasing my galaxy s6 i asked if it had been rooted. the sales person promised i would not recieve a rooted phone textnow proprietary programming did not involve rooting the phone. i recieved the phone with a tripped knox counter indicating not only had the phone been rooted but the root had been done in a incorrect manner making it completely useless for things such as using samsung pay and samsung health. they promised to resolve the issue but it would take 6 ro 8 weeks to refund my money after i shipped the phone back. of course in my profession i need a telephone daily to complete my work activities and didnt have another extra $300 us laying around to buy yet another new phone. i asked if they could ship me a replacement unit to activate and use in the mean time which they refused. textnow has the worst cell phone coverage in the usa. the whole experience has been a total headache and a hassle. stay away from this company for a main cell provider.
