TFC Credit Corporation Rip off, horrible customer service, fraud, and border line criminal San Ramon California

 This company is used by my school to collect payment for my student loan. They represent themselves as a loan company, they are not. I signed papers for auto payments from my bank account once monthly. Approximately two weeks before the first payment, TFC withdrew a payment from my account. I called the company and after getting the run around about who I am and finding my account I was told the transaction never happened and there was nothing that could be done. The customer service people are extremely rude and not helpful at all. I ended up having to reverse the charge through filing a claim at my bank and block any further charges from that company. Do not do business with this company. Tell your financial advisor you DO NOT want to do business with them.
