I CALLED OVER TO TGI FRIDAYS ON THURSDAY EVENING. I WAS TRANSFERRED TO A FRIDAY'S REPRESENTATIVE THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE TAKING THE ORDERS FOR PICK UP. I ASK THE YOUNG LADY ABOUT MY POINTS ON MY CARD TO SEE IF I HAD ENOUGH POINTS TO GET MY FOOD. SHE TOLD ME TO CALL BACK IN FIVE MINUTES. I DID AS SHE HAD ASKED ME AND WHEN I CALLED BACK SHE TOLD ME THAT I HAD ENOUGH POINTS TO GET WHAT I WANTED AND TO JUST BRING 49CENTS FOR THE EXTRA SAUCE. I WALKED OVER TO FRIDAYS TO PURCHASE MY FOOD AND SHE TOLD ME THAT I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH POINTS TO RECIEVE MY FOOD. I SAID TO HER YOU HAD ME WALK ALL THE WAY OVER HERE FOR NOTHING. YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME THIS OVERE THE PHONE AND I COULD HAVE BOUGHT SOME MONEY WITH ME. YOU WAISTED MY LUNCH TIME FOR LYING. I LEFT AND CALLED THE MANAGER AND HIS NAME IS MR. LINDI. HE TOLD ME SHE LOOKED HIM IN HIS EYE AND TOLD HIM THAT SHE DID NOT SAY THOSE THINGS TO ME, SO HE TOOK HER WORD OVER MINE AND SHE WAS LYING. NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM PISSED. I AM PREGNANT AND I DON'T HAVE TIME TO BE WAISTING ON A BUNCH OF LIARS.
HE COULD HAVE WORKED SOMETHING OUT WITH ME ME FOR THE TIME WAISTED, THAT I HAD TO WALK OVER THERE INSTEAD OF MAKING ME FEEL THAT I WAS SOME LOW DOWN DIRTY PERSON. HE COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. HE HAS POOR MANAGERIAL SKILLS AND DEFINETLY NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE HE MADE ME FEEL THAT JUST BECAUSE I WAS BLACK AND THEY ARE MAJORITY HISPANIC WHAT I AM A LIAR AND LOOKING FOR A HANDOUT. I MAY BE PREGNANT BUT I AM NOT STUPID

your story is ridiculous. You were looking for a handout. You think we in the restaurant industry are so naive. The point system works for appetizers not food. Even if you had points and ordered an appetizer, why would you not bring money. People always have money with them or at least should. No money in your purse? So you placed an order thinking it was free? Yea you weren't looking for a handout....I'm sure you would have complained about the 49 cents. Im glad the manager handled your situation as you stated. I would have done the exact same. The restaurant industry including the Fridays your speaking of...I am positive they are in no way hurting from your lack of visits and poor friends to share your word of mouth with. Thanks for not coming back = )
