TGSCOM TOOK MY MONEY AND DOES NOT REFUND, Internet

Placed my order on 31 Jan 2012 . I received a receipt that my credit card was accepted at 8:26 AM 31 Jan 2012 . The company took the money from my credit card on Feb 8 2012 . When I called for tracking number I was informed that the item was not in stock . Then the telephone { customer service .} closed down to re do the internet , I had no way to contact them .

When I cancelled my order thru Email . I was informed that my refund would be processed . It is now 22 Feb 2012 and I still have not received any refund . This firm has no idea what customer service is ! I would not recommend this firm to anyone , P.S. all I ordered was 200 rounds of 7.62x39 ammo . there site is still listing this item as availible on the web site .
