I recently applied for a rebate by LG, but received a letter from them said I did not include receipts in the letter, which is impossible. I have a picture which I took before I sent the letter can prove that the letter includes all of the requirements. I think they just want to take a chance to refuse to pay me, and they may do the same thing to others. This is unacceptable. We must do something.

A letter is normally sent to consumers to advise them of missing or incomplete information. This letter gives the customer an opportunity to correct the issue so they can receive their rebate.
