Add me to the list of people taken for a ride by this company. I was looking to buy 2 gift certificates for my stepson, who is a big fan of Bnechmade knives. When I did a search online, the knife shop came up, and claimed to deal exclusively in Benchmade products. So I ordered them, although right away it seemed a little weird with the online or home delivery option. So I called the next day to confirm, and was told by a friendly rep that my order would go in the mail that day. When I didn't receive anything within the next week and a half, I called again, only this time my call kept getting rerouted and never answered. When I finally got though, I was told there had been an error and my order had not shipped yet, but would that day. When I had still gotten nothing by the end of the week, I called again, and sat on hold for 45 minutes, only to be disconnected at the close of business at 6 pm. I then contacted Benchmade directly, and spoke with a manager, who told me I was the 2nd person to call that week with the same complaint. Apparently the knife shop has not been an authorized rep for over a yr, due to this same type of issue and level of customer service. Fortunately I contacted my credit card company and was able to get the $ back, but still have a high level of frustration. Steer clear of these idiots!
