I ordered a weighted harness on march 24, 2011(i have receipt) and i was told there was a two week wait because the harnesses are handmade so i waited two weeks. on that 2 week mark, i emailed mike(which i have the email printed out of our conversation) and he said "hello, i am picking up a batch of the harnesses from the maker tomorrow afternoon. yours will be included in this batch and i will ship it out friday VIA usps priority mail. you should have it probably monday, tuesday at the latest." i called FEDEX-- no info of and packages coming from riverside CA. i called UPS--no info either.. i emailed mike twice hoping he could give me a tracking number... i got no emails back.. i called him twice, left 2 voicemails, again no call back.. i will never do anything with thebullyhouse.com again and imll do what i have to do to put these garbage people in jail!

he said per his own words... priority mail(which is 2-3 days) that was almost 10 days ago! i emailed him twce...no replys back.. i called him multiple times.. again nothing. i even filed a complaint with the BBB cause his customer service skills is garbage(with the fact that i still havent received my harness)

At first i didnt realize he said USPS. i call fedex, usps, everywhere and they all said they have no info of anything coming from riverside ca. it was supposed to be at my house mon the 11th or tuesday at the latest(per his words via priorty mail)PRIORITY MAIL IS 2-3 DAYS! its now a 7 days later and i have nothing. no calls back no emails back.. i even sent him a nice email saying i filed a complaint with the BBB and if he dont produce my harness or my money ill be seeing him in court.. again no calls back no emails... the bully house and mike are both trash!

You aren't giving it enough time. Why are you jumping the gun? You say you ordered it on March 24th, two weeks later he said he would end it piroirity mail the following Friday which according to my calculations would be Friday April 8th, last Friday. The postal service isn't the fastest in the business but I would suspect you should see it anyday now.

That is the Post Office. Why would you try Fedex if he told you "USPS"? And then you try UPS?
Thats just plain silly. USPS means United States Postal Service.
