I just want to warn everyone!
I'm not going to respond to peoples comments that are trying to get me to fight.... that is not what this is about!

I just want to warn people of what happened to me!

Warning! Do not buy from the Car Company in Russellville, AR!

I bought a beautiful car in Nov. it had a sensor problem (turns out thats what they tell everyone) they said they would fix it and to bring the car back in a couple days. instead of changing a sensor they changed the spark plugs (put auto lights in) the car immediately starts to misfire so i called back! Brent says bring it back and they will fix it.... they couldnt figure out why it was misfiring, so Brent calls some guy and tells me to take it to ORR to do a diagnostic I did, they put the wrong spark plugs in(i paid for that and the new spark plugs)... I am a mother so i was scared of being stranded (scared to drive me new car)... I refused to drive the car unless i had no other choice! every 300 miles i put on that car i had to replace the spark plugs and no one could tell me why! the car had to be re-diagnosed a couple times (which i paid for) Brent and Michael knew about all of this! the last time i had the car diagnosed they replaced the spark plugs then re-diagnosed the car... it was making a strange noise so i left it with them to determine what was going on. As it turns out at some point the in cars life there had been a spark plug break off into a cylinder. this caused damage to the cylinder and overall the engine was junk! I call the car company because this is gonna cost a fortune to fix and i have already paid about 6 grand for this car in the 6 months i have had it and put less then 1200 miles on the car! Mike tells me to bring the car to him the warranty he sold me will cover everything and i will be out only the deductible ($100)! I was lent a loaner car and told to report any issues, i did so. the loaner had a hard bang noise when you put it in reverse (broken motor mounts) and rain leaked into the passenger seat, also the ac spewed out liquid (freon) and condensated inside the car( i was told they couldnt make it do that again so it was fine, so in the middle of summer I had no AC) it also smelled like a cigarette.... I called weekly to check on my car, and got the run around for 2 months. I was told not to talk to the warranty company but to redirect them to Michael because he knows how to talk to them and get stuff paid for, if i say to much they wont pay! They didnt call or I would have told them the whole truth! Finally i get a word, my warranty will not cover the repairs and i have to pay to replace the engine....

At this point Michael decides the engine problem is because of ORR changing my spark plugs and they should have to fix it. He asked me to lie, with hold key details, or "not talk so much" if i have to talk to them! Michael asked me to come down and talk to him about what i could and should say to ORR! I was not happy about this so I did not go to talk to Michael! I choose the truth! This plan did not work either ORR says when we took the car from there possession all liability we could have had went with it! I asked Michael if there was anything that could be done, he said no, i asked could they help me cancel the loan or reassign it, he said they would not due that! So i was left with a car, engine been torn apart for 2 months and tossed in the trunk, i had already put 6 grand into and still owed close to 10 grand on, and expected to pay close to 6 grand to have a new motor put in! really? If i had that kind of money i would have just bought a car cash! The worst part was when i asked for a meeting with the owner I was told it would be scheduled then called back and told Nate or Nathan says it wasnt worth his time! All i wanted to do was talk to the owner see if he nows what is really going on in his business and/or possibly he could have helped me! All i wanted was a way to fix my car so i could keep it! Sadly that is not what happened!
