The College Network, Inc. TCN, College Network Fraudulent and deceitful Indianapolis, Indiana

At first The College Network made perfect sense for me. Being a new widow and single mom, I needed a flexible program to fit into my life in order to further my Nursing degree.

I was moving and with The College Network, I could take my schooling with me and would be able to test and pass the courses.

Well, after moving, I was informed that I needed 2 more courses. I questioned this and agreed.  Since I financed my testing fees with the cost of the courses, that would make it good because with limited income, I would not be able to pay for all the testing fees up front.  When I requested manuals, I was told "No, you already have 5 of the manuals so we are not going to send you anymore."  I paid for 10 manuals so why are you refusing to send me what I paid for?  "We do not want to overload you." 

Trying to register to test, I was not able to register. When requesting assistance, I was told to read it on the website. I read it, did exactly as instructed and was still unable to register to test. 

Testing for Excelsior college, I created an account, ready to test! Wrong.  The test fees that I financed, turns out that in order for me to recoup any of that money, I have to pay for the testing and wait at least 6 weeks for College Network to reimburse me. 

I have attempted to work with college network. Contacted them by phone, run around and disrespect. Transferred from one person to another.  Email, response, call us, we have attempted to call you but have been unsuccessful.

An attorney went over the financial documents.  The agreement offered to them was for the college network to refund to the credit union the test fees, rx for nclex fees, the cost of the 5 manuals they refused to send me, and the 12% finance fee on the loan of the money.  The 10 day response time limit is about to expire and if the above conditions are not met, legal ramifications will have to be faced.
