The Connor Group @Somerset Apartment , Mason, OH...moveout rip-off I moved in apartment when they managed by Lincoln Properties as really professionla group. later on the apartment managent was taken ver by Connor Group. The first thing happed to me that my utility bill was bumped from 23$ to 80$ . That was the first indication . In May 2014 finally I moved out of apartment and I got a move out cleaning charges of 565$ . This is the situation , when apartment was professionally cleaned . Whne I try to call the property manager: I got response , you have to pay else they pass it to Colelction Agencies and can impact my credit report. Later I realized , I am not the only one, they do it with all the move-outs. Atleast I know three cases of April and May 2014. mason Ohio
