I purchased handbags from The Designer Palace and must confirm that all the other complaints are correct. This seller ships the incorrect items and uses 3-4 different emails and phone numbers. I've filed several complaints against this seller because they are lying and stealing from anyone who purchases from their website.
DO NOT BUY FROM THE DESIGNER PALACE BECAUSE THE SELLER WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND SHIP YOU ANYTHING THEY FEEL LIKE. VERY DISHONEST AND FRAUDULENT SELLERS.
Please notice that every reply by the seller claims all buyers are lying and crazy.

I was instructed by Paypal to file a report with squaretrade.com regarding this seller - I have done so and the seller said I'm a liar - I have documents and pictures to the contrary. I would instruct anyone else who wants fast action to also file reports with squaretrade.com regarding this seller's fraudulent tactics.
