I ordered a replica LV purse from the Designer Palace on 12-1-04 as a present for someone. The website did state that it may take 2 1/2 weeks to recieve the order. So, after the 2 1/2 weeks passed, I emailed them to check on the status of the order. I recieved an email back saying that they "hope" it has been mailed from "overseas" but are not sure. I asked them to track the package and to let me know when they are expecting to recieve it so it could be mailed to me. They replied that the "information is confidential" and I would "recieve the purse soon".

On 12/23, I asked they they refund my money as I would not recieve the purse by the 25th. No reply. I emailed them again on 12/26 with the same request. I recieved an email stating "Done!" (real professional). So, they refunded my money less a stocking fee of $30.75 which was 25% of the order. Basically, I lost $30 dealing with them. But, I wouldn' give them the satisfaction of carrying around one of their purses.

This person was notified at the time she ordered that it was a special order item and that it would take longer. She is simply impatient and wanted to have it sooner than possible.

We are glad that she is not carrying one of our bags as well!
