They state they have the best replica lv bags and best customer service. But if you want a bag that you can tell from far that it is fake then order with them.

I have tried several times to get an address from them to return the bad products but have had no luck.

Please provide your order info so that we may check on it for you. THe only Pauline that we have in our database ordered the cheaper bag, if this is you then you got what you paid for! We do have the highest quality bags but you ordered the cheap one and no, we will not take it back.
