The Designer Palace ripoff, not straight forward and will not honor her refund policy Manhattan New York

I read the reports by the women from Florida and I believe them. I have purchased items (2) from Darlene at the designer palace.

My first purchase was not what I thought it would be and that was my fault and I expressed this to Darlene but sufferred the lost.

My second bag was a different story. Because of the problem with my first bag Darlene agreed to change my order from the viva cite mm to the viva cite gm. She did not do this and sent the wrong bag.

She knew before she sent it off it was the wrong bag. What was really dishonest is she was the one who suggested I change the bag to the gm version because the smaller mm was ugly as she put it. I emailed her over and over and she never responded.

I asked for a refund and she never responded. If you go to her website she clearly states that if the wrong bag is sent she will give a refund she did not do that and I requested in the allotted time frame.

She feels she is legally correct because my order slip shows the viva cite mm being ordered but there is no way for customers to update the order form and she told me that she could not either. If you order from her be aware of the unscrupulous and unethical person you are dealing with. I deal with people like this everyday.

Unlike the previous ladies I did get my bags but Darlene is not always honest, forthcoming and will lie and refuse to communicate with you.

She did explain the customs problem but I willingly agreed hoping all would go right. Like I said I did get my bags but buyer be aware she has no conscience and feels no remorse. I feel really bad for the other ladies.
