The Digital Expo dishonest; verbally abusive; threatening; horrible ripoff Internet

I went to a website comparing prices for a digital camera. The Digital Expo had lowest price and over 1000 good reviews (I wonder if they are plants). After I completed my order I had to call the 800 number to confirm.

At that time a high pressure salesman talked me into adding all kinds of expensive accessories. I said yes, but after 15 minutes called back to cancel the accessories.

They said there was a cancellation fee. Said they'd throw in something else free. I told them all I wanted was the camera. They refused to sell just the camera.

I said I wanted to cancel and that I would call my credit card to cancel it. He then used the F word and said if I did that, he would report me to the credit bureau and ruin my credit.

We asked to talk to the manager, and he said he was the owner and refused to give his name. I learned a lot of lessons from that company. I will be so much more cautious now!! Beware!
