The Guardian Group Fund was interested in "guarding their bank accounts" while Funding NOTHING!  these blood sucking piraha's sold false hope to mortgage clients that were affected by the tsunamia of negative equity in their homes..These two bozo's Blevin and Perhoda convinced people that they could arrange to have banks purchase their mortgage notes at a discount and thus relieve the negative equity in ones home and then offer them a 100% LTV home loan at prime interest plus three all while soliciting,professing and spewing knowledge without so much as a measly mortgage brokerage liscensce...These Bernie Madoff want-to-be's bilked innocent home owners whom were looking for sound,prudent,and honest financial advice in very stressful times. These two A-Holes not only didn't perform any fuduicary responsibilty but in turn capitalized on victims that were desperately seeking some kind of good news. I am furious they have over $ 7,975 dollars of my money! five client of which they scammed,no return phone calls,updates,etc..cashed my checks submitted on my clients behalf and had no legal intention of legitimately securing a favorable outcome on their mortgages..Talk about intent, how can you have pure and honorable intentions when at the outset you are lying and decieving people that your even liscensed to perform this activity?  I think we have enough procurring cause to nail these bastards..It just upsets me more than the money that business ethics,professionalism and honesty are taken so lightly by these fools...Karma is a Killer,yours is about to unfold...
