Caution:  The Hair Shop's hair extensions will rip your own hair out of your head leaving large quatities of hair loss and bald spots.

I had a professionally trained salon stylist trained by The Hair Shop with their hair extensions install the extensions in my hair.  Within 2 days I noticed they felt like synthetic hair and kept forming a birds nest in the nape of the neck area of the hair.  I was instructed specific hair care and nothing worked.  Within 10 days the extensions fell out taking my hair with them.  I had 5 large 3 inch bald spots all over my hair.  The tape glue was painful and messy to get the rest of the torn extensions out.  This all happened one morning after sleeping. 

The salon stylist said in horror that several other customers got extensions that same week from The Hair Shop and it must have been a bad batch.  She took pictures of my head and sent the pictures and hair extensions to The Hair Shop requesting a refund.  She did not follow up with me.  I finally got her to return my text message 6 mos later stating The Hair Shop refused to refund me.  I am disgusted and emotionally drained from the 25% hair loss and bald spots.  My hair has never felt so terrible.

DO NOT USE The Hair Shops products.  They do not back them up or stand by their product.
