The Healthy Back Institute False advertising of "free" offer McHenry IL

This company emailed me an offer to try a pain relief product for free.  I would only have to pay shipping costs.  I did receive the product and gave it to a friend to try because my pain had subsided and she was in agony.  There was no mention that I would be receiving more of this product on a recurring basis, nor that the cost would be automatically charged to my credit card.  I received one extra bottle of the stuff and assumed they had made some mistake, but I stupidly paid the charge on my credit card.  I've just been notified that another bottle of the stuff is on the way so I called them to tell them I had not ordered this and to stop sending the product.  They told me that I had automatically agreed to get recurring orders of the pain killer and that I was stuck with having to pay for them.  It would not help if I sent back their unwanted bottles, I would still have to pay.

I feel that the Healthy Back Institute is engaging in deceptive and misleading business practices and should be told not to deceive people in this way. This is especially unfair to do to customers like me who live in another country.
