The International Library Of Photography Riped me out of $25.00,They told me that my picture would be published in their book Endless Journeys. They are Crooks!!! Owings Mills Maryland Internet

I entried a picture at www.picture.com.I recived a letter from The International Libray of Photography.They told me that my picture would be published in their book Endless Journeys.I also sent them $25 to add a little about myself.They also told me that I had won an award for being the Amateur Photographer of 2004. They told me to attend a convention in Washington,D.C.April the 2 to the 4th.

I found out that these people are a fraud when I emailed this Mr.Foster back to tell him that I could not attend this event because my mother found out that she has Lung cancer and that I was haveing a problem with my Heart.I recived an email back from System Administrator saying that this was an unknow Recipient. That is when I got to checking and found out that I had been Riped Off. I was not the only one. I got to reading and found out that The International Libray of Photography was a Fraud,and picture.com and Poem.com are the same.

So Please check befor you send off anything to places like this.It,s very eazy to check out,Just look up Illegal or Fraud contest. And entry the name of the contest. I really thought that I was going to make a little money for my family, because my husband was layed off from his job and we lost our home of 21 years. It's sad for people to do this to hard working families.
