The Journey Pros additional telephone number 844-330-0719another email address refunds@journeypros.com My account was debited 3 times June 17,18,19 ,2105. Is should have only been debited twice.. Startedthe request for my refund of $450.00 on the 19th of June 2015.I have sent them every document that they have ask me for and I still don't have the refund asof today Aug 17, 2015. The email address customerservice@thejourneypros.com and refunds@thejourneypros.com I get nothing when I put them in. If anyone can help me retrieve my funds it would be appreciated. nationwide

I authorizes The Journey Pros to deduct fron my bank account a one time amount of $138.99 check # 4322 (authorizied) on June 17th 2015 then on the same check number 4322 they also took $450.00 (unauthorized on June 19th 2015 The second amount that was authorized was check #4321 for $450.00 that was taken on June 18th 2015. I have sent every document that they have ask for starting on June 19th 2015 and have not yet recieve a refund as of today Aug 17,2015. Trying to reach the by phaone is a joke .  You are on hold forever The telephone numbers that you get is 977-235-3321 and 844-330-0710 and if you get to speak to someone they give you the following email addresses that do not connect you to any one or anywhere.
