I placed an order online with this company on 12/09/2008 only because at that time they had a message up in red advising orders would be received by Christmas. I checked my credit card transactions and payment for the order was received in full to the company on 12/10/2008. On 12/13/08 I went to their site to check status and my order stated one item stated "back ordered" and the other two items stated "Ready to ship", their definition provided when you roll over that statement states: "This item is being prepared in our warehouse to ship shortly. An exact shipping date is not available at this time". I sent the company an email through their site to verify if I would receive my order by Christmas because if not I needed to Cancel this order. I received several emails from their company advising how to check the status of my order. I finally sent an email requesting a supervisor read my email since customer service was not reading it correctly per their constant replies about how to check status of the order. On 12/15/2008 I received the following email from their company:

> As of this evening your website advises that my order has NOT been shipped, it clearly states THIS ITEM IS BEING PREPARED IN OUR WAREHOUSE TO SHIP SHORTLY. AN EXACT SHIPPING DATE IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

> I have sent email after email advising your company that I want this order CANCELED. Your company accepted full payment for this order on 12/10/08 in the amount of $57.80.
>
> If this order is NOT canceled and my credit card is NOT refunded I will have to seek legal counsel.
>
> Your company has done nothing more than take my money and make excuse after excuse to refund it back which is unacceptable and unethical, especially since the order has NOT been SHIPPED nor RECEIVED and I have proof in all my emails sent since 12/13/08 requesting that your company cancel this order.
>
> I will never place an order with your company again and will advise others to be weary of it. I assumed your business would be similar to ABCdistributing, but I was wrong they never gave me the run around or hassel that I have experience with you.
>
> Once again, I ask that you cancel this order since it has not shipped out and refund me the total amount due $57.80
>
> A very irritated customer,


Since, I have checked my account on their site and the order status as of today 12/17/2008 10:12 AM CST still states:

"Ready to ship", ("This item is being prepared in our warehouse to ship shortly. An exact shipping date is not available at this time". )

The last email reply I received from them was on 12/16/08 and stated this :

I think your just that crazy. Look at the History of complaints against your favorite company and not just the ones on this website. Some people who work for a living don't have time to hassel or sit around waiting for packages like you obviously do.

I love the Lakeside Collection. I have never had a single problem with them. Have you considered that the time you called BBb and the time they shipped may have been a coincidence? I bet you the BBB never even contacted them.

I received a reply from the BBB and they advised they submitted an inquiry into my matter and that the company had 10 days to respond. Low and behold I checked my account with them today and the items have been shipped out and per the tracking information w/UPS delivery is scheduled for tomorrow, 12/19/08. I won't ever shop from this company again, but I find it suspicious that all of a sudden my package is being delivered within a days notice. Thanks BBB for being there for the consumers.
