I received a defective product--Snowman Scene--from this company. When I called to complain that it was defective, the salesperson transferred me to Customer Service. After waiting 37 minutes for Customer Service to pick up the line, I finally hung up and redialed. That was when I received a recording whereby I learned the company closed for the day just five minutes after I was transferred to CS.
I called again the next business day--a full 45 minutes before this company closes at 5:00, and I was once again transferred to a "Customer Service" area where I waited another 30 minutes. I consider myself to be a very patient person, but I'm afraid I will be putting this purchase into dispute with my credit card company. They will not be receiving my money since I will be paying for the over-usage of my cell phone.
All I wanted was a pre-addressed, postage paid label to use.

I used to work for this company and i have to say it was one of the worst jobs I have ever had. Please don't blame the employees as they are only doing what they're told and trying to make the most out of a low paying, stressful, environment and job. The company tells customer service reps to lie about certain date times, and when they are going to receive merchandise. As far as not getting your money back, it policy that they will and they do. However you do have to get a hold of them in order to do so.
