We entered into a year contract with Rommel and The Lead Tree because they offered us a much cheaper price for live transfer leads. We paid the money upfront. With in 2 days the contract had already been breached... they did not delivery a single qualified lead. I took the nice route at first and we stuck it out hoping something would happen after we spoke to him and let him know we are not satisfied. After 14 days and not a single qualified lead we politely asked for our money back. Now he does not answer emails or return phone calls..

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

They state they have 180+ agents but I have emails that say he has to train all new sales reps and will put the new "batch" on our campaign when they are finished.

We have a back and white contract signed and that does not seem to bother them.. We will be taking legal action. We have some great lawyers but I think I need a lawyer in NC, to take the case.
