The Lease Outlet, Lease Outlet performed Bait and Switch, won't return deposit, or keep promises Costa Mesa California

Tried to work diligently with lease outlet to find a vehicle. After they told me they could find the vehicle and provide requested information, they asked for a "refundable" $2000 deposit. Not only were they not able to secure the vehicle, they never provided requested information, and when they finally located an acceptable car, their lease rate was 50% higher than the rate directly from the car manufacturer. Also, they were very unresponsive to emails and phone calls, never kept me updated on status. Always had to call to get updates.

When all was said and done, they never delivered the car, and as a matter of fact, I got a call from Mr. Joseph Lopez, Owner, who was very unprofessional, saying I will never get my money back. He was not at all concerned about the poor service his dealership performed.

Whatever you do stay far away, and don't give a deposit until you are sure of the car you are getting, they will say I can get it, you give a deposit, and they don't deliver.
