Having entered into a contract with The Logo Loft on May 17, 2006 in the amount of $618.00 we had certain expectations as to the quality, timeliness, and ethical practices of this business. We had paid for the "Gold Package", the "expedited service ($99.00)", and "1,000 additional business cards (~$129.00)".

The expedited service dictated that we would have our logo and stationary designs complete within 24 hours of each other (business day hours) and had one revision done to the logo. We then received a draft for our stationary and business cards and disagreed with their artistic design (which was fine - no complaints here) so we did a revision with our stationary.

It took five separate revisions and eleven business days (as per the expedited service are to turn each revision in every business day) and we still have not received resolution on this manner. They have deliberately violated my explicit instructions sent in via email four times and have not followed my directions two times on the phone.

They charged my credit card around the 25th of May without rendering services or procuring my 1,250 business cards (as the gold package comes with 250 + the 1,000 additional cards I paid for). In addition they had promised that four artists would have worked on the design of the logo(as described at: thelogoloft.com/pricing.html). We had found out that during the entire process that one artist had been working on it and he had not been following our directions even when I would call and write customer service to rectify the situation.

I had filed a complaint with senior management after they have reviewed my file on three different occasions and each time I call in to check what the status of the work or the refund request. I get a new person who does not know my situation and thus have to describe the situation over again to the new person. Every time I tell the person I talk to the person(s) that I had talked to before I always get the standard "this person is on the phone." Last week they did nothing for three days as I had not been on the phone to watch over them as a parent would watch over a child.

This business has charged for services not rendered and has violated the terms of the gold package and expedited service contract repeatedly. The business also charged me $30.00 additional to put my other corporate board members on the sectioned order of 1,250 business cards. They keep violating my instructions (putting up random shots in the dark as to how they think I would like the product without ever consulting my directions the request in each revision or calling me to check).
