this company said they could get me a loan modification knowing that i was injured and would be unable to return to work for several months.  Modifications can't be performed without income.  They took the money for their services and said they would give full refund if a modification couldn't be approved.  It has been 6 months and I haven't received one cent in a refund.  I've made repeated calls and get a different excuse every time as to why i haven't received the money.

If you are a client  of the Mortgage law group- macey, allen, sterns, then you need to contact the Arizona Attorney General.  They are taking them to court for consumer fraud.
