A party bus in newly renovated condition was promised to.  I received a bus with extensive damage. 

There were many holes in the seats, some with tape over them, two broken tvs, a strobe light that would not go on, and a foul odor on the bus.  Pictures of the bus were taken.  The merchant (Nicole) was contacted as soon as the bus arrived at my house, and she said she would get back to me with some kind of solution, but she never responded and we had no choice but to take the bus for a birthday.  I again called her after we arrived back, and she said that I should sign all documents with the bus driver and that she would try to compensate me monetarily with a couple of
days. 

 I called again in 2 days and spoke to Natasha.  She was unaware of the situation.  She also asked for a couple days to investigate.  On March 22nd, she came back with an offer of $200.  I said that was not good enough.  I was tricked with their company.  I would have never hired them.  This was a special event for us, and I received a bus that was embarrassing, and not to any customers standards. I also emailed these pictures to the merchant.  After speaking to both Natasha and Nicole, Nicole said that I was a liar and she would lie to the credit card company saying that I accepted the $200 credit back, which is not true, then she hung up the phone on me.
