The Pedigree Shop Paperless Dog Lone Tree, Colorado

I went into the Pedigree Shop on 2-26-11 to buy a purebreed male beagle.  They had one and I purchased the dog for 400.00.  Again I was assured that the dog had papers.  I was told that the papers took about 16 weeks to come in the mail.  I have tried contacting the agency many times and all I get is a busy signal.  I live too far away to go to the store again.  I think since they are not able to provide the papers I should get a full refund for the dog.  I was planning on using the dog to breed with but that is not possible when I do not have the papers to do so.  I would really like an answer from the company on why a year later I still do not have the paperwork for the dog I purchased from them.  Today's date is April 6, 2012.  This place is a ripoff and be wary of it.
