Michelle Franklin, who claims to be the owner at The Right Move is a nightmare to work with. She is rude, doesn't keep commitments, and when questioned, she cancelled my move 3 days before the move date! I was sold a complete moving solution that looked good on paper but as soon as I sent my credit card info, the solution was modified. She left my family out in the cold. SCAM- this is a SCAM company and you should not trust your move to them.
