The Sellers Lounge ripped me off. Phone # and email is not longer valid yet money is still being taken out of my checking account!!! Las Vegas Nevada

I thought I was getting helpful information to increase my sales on Ebay. This company sent me a disc that was broken. I emailed the support staff and was told a new one would be sent. I gave them my checking account info to pay the $1.97 shipping charge. Now they continue to bill me $47.50 a month.

The first month this happened I sent an email and didn't get a response. I tried calling the 800# listed and kept getting a busy signal or a recording stating all circuits are busy. Now after the 3rd month of getting billed I am going to have to close my checking accout and reopen a new one. I still get the same recording when trying to call, but now all the email addresses they
have for their support line are invalid. There is no way to contact these people to confront them about taking money that is not theirs.
