The-Tech-Department Dream Real Solutions Highjacked my website Orem Utah

I received a call from the tech department mentioning my website builder and website. They told me that I needed to update my meta tags and keywords. and also that my site had to be converted to html5.

Thinking that it was the tech department of my website builder, I agreed to have them update the site. It turns out that they are simply a scam. They had nothing to do with Ignite Web Builder. After they had updated my site I found out that they had taken away my access to add or delete products or to change anything on my site.

They told me that they would take care of it all. Essentially they just highjacked my site. I cannot add products or change anything.

I talked to Ignite Web Site Builder and they told me how to access the administration part of my site. I now can access the admin part, but the changes I make do not affect the high jacked website. I am now paying for two websites, neither of which I am able to update or add or delete products.

I understand this The-Tech-Department is a made up name and is also called Dream Real Solutions. Neither of which can be easily found.
