I attended a seminar in December 2004 that the National Grants Conference scheduled in the Houston, Texas market. Through this seminar UNIM was introduced to the group as a bonafide company to start an on-line marketing business. If attendees were interested there was another seminar scheduled just to discuss on-line marketing business.

I received an invite where I could bring another person. I attended the meeting and was provided a hand full of marketing information at a cost of $399.00 plus tax. You were guaranteed around the clock tech assistance and your rep would be available at all time during standard work hours. Before leaving I signed with PBNext and Banking Merchant Account.

PBNext and Banking Merchant began billing me immediately without following-up with me in starting a new account. Of course they sent me a letter welcoming as a new customer but I had no idea that I was going to be billed immediately. Seeing that I haven't started my company yet.

UNIM started billing me without assisting me in setting up my website like they said they would in the seminar.

I found it most interesting that the second time my rep called me he tried to get me to agree to UNIM setting up my whole site for $6,000.00. When I rejected his offer I never heard back from him until I called him back two months later. I new then that something was not right with this investment.

Now I'm stuck with a site that is not being hosted properly and utlity bills that I have no use for at this time.

I'm not able to utilize the wholesalers and drop shippers service because I don't have a web site set-up.

UNIM instructions are not as simple as they lead people to think and the Smart Start Book has so many typo's it is rediculous.

I do plan to make contact with the State of Texas and State of Florida's Attorney General office and file a formal complaint.

What I am apauld at is reputable former government representatives have allowed their name and reputation to be associated with these programs.

One way or another I plan to see that justice is done.
