This is a copy of the letter that explain our disgust with this company.

To: UNIM, LLC

November 17, 2004

My husband and I attended a confernce for the National Grant Confernce in September 2004 in the Hilton Hotel in Raleigh, N.C. We went there as a result of the information we received at the National Grants Conference in Fayetteville, N.C. They introduced a presentation from Unim LLC which stated how they were going to provide us with the necessary means of making money through their internet website, creating a lucrative income.

We were sold a CD for $20 to start up our new website in order to market items for purchase through drop shipping and affiliate programs since we had no products. The CDs contained the so called custom made website also by Unim but we had to pay for the training session which was held on September 29, 2004, at $129.95.

The presenters were very persuasive and smooth talkers. If everything they said was true, this was a win, win situation. To our surprise, there was no customization available nor did we have to buy the 1 CD to start the business because the day of the training 5 CD's came in the package for $129.95.

They immediately, ripped us off for $20 bucks for CD that was useless. They also stated that we needed to have an 800 number which would be provided by PBNext for $29.95 a month to handle telephone calls and faxes from customers. Innovative Merchant Solutions was also recommended because we would need to be able to charge our customers for services rendered. Another $399 plus $30 a month.

Innovative Merchant Solutions wanted a voided check so that we could use the credit card, check card debit feature on the internet for $399. We gave it to them. The representatives at the conference just pointed at the areas we had to sign in order to get started and expedite the application process. Nothing, I mean nothing was mentioned concerning a $395 cancellation fee prior to (6) months and $295 after (6) months. They (Innovative) have the right to cancel at any time but, the merchant (me) has to pay if they need to cancel. How ridiculous is that!

Well, we found out that the websites UNIM claims are so great cannot even sell for $5 on Ebay not to mention the rest of the web and, more, much more money has to be spent in order to become a drop shipper or affiliate. PB Next and UNIM charged our card the very next couple of weeks ($29.95 each) and to this day, none of the things they presented to us was as simple or as true as they made the audience believe. Basically, it just seems we were one of the cash cows as we have lost approximately $600 from the beginning with no end of spending with a return in site. Needless to say we are frustrated and feel we have been scammed along with the others that have also lost $$$ from your business as detailed at: http://www.badbusinessbureau.com/reports/ UNIM, Innovative Merchants and National Grant Confernce have built a negative reputation. Unfortunately, I was not aware of this until recently when (since I could not afford spending money but making none) tried to cancel everything only to be told I would have to pay $395 to do that. UNBELIEVABLE! They have already received over $400 for a service I did not and cannot use since I do not have the funds, now IMS wants to charge me $395 to terminate it? I do not think so and I am disgusted with how this business was altogether done. This definitely ranks among today's scams.

This letter is to inform you that I am disappointed with what has transpired. I have lost too much money in this endeavor which has thrown me further into debt. I am discontinuing all business with UNIM, Innovative Merchant Solutions and PB Next. This serves as our termination letter and we will not pay a $395 termination fee that we were not told in the beginning existed if we do not keep the account.

National Grant Confernce, Unim LLC, PB Next and IMS are some the biggest crooks I've run across in a long time. The marketing is deceitful and I plan to make sure no one else is ripped-off by these conferences!
