The Tee Drop Buyer Beware! Internet

I bought a ring, as a gift for a family member. My order was placed on Jan 9th, 2017. I received an order confirmation e-mail, letting me know the production time was 10-15 days, and they would e-mail me a shipping notification once my item shipped. Fast-foward the the first week of Feb. I e-mailed them inquiring about my order, and received an automated response that someone would answer me asap - but no e-mail came. 2 weeks later I tried again, and no response. I called the phone number on their website and it's only to leave messages. I called my bank after finding this site and had them do a charge back. On their website their stated terms are, "we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current." What???

I also noticed their Facebook page was started in July 2016, only to completely stop updating 3 months later.

Complete garbage. Beware!
